What are some ways to start feeling great?

Went for a morning walk after a meditation session. There were blue skies, white patches of fluffy clouds and a nice breeze that blew gently past my face, through my hair. I put my hands up as I walked. I could feel the breeze brushing past my body too. The insects buzzed and the birds chirped. The big green leafy trees provided ample shade as I walked. It was a beautiful morning for a walk. My heart felt light. I had a smile on my face. The turmoil from yesterday – gone.

That is an excerpt from my journal. As always, I’m grateful to meditation. It allows me to discard my negative mind, leaving me refreshed with a brand new mind. To me, this is one major way for me to start feeling great. Hope this helps you too.😊💛
